Brief
Select an existing poster from an established designer and make an animation that tells an enriched version of the same story using the elements from the poster.
Strategy
Though I originally intended to animate this poster in its intended light, with a very confident emotion, I discovered there was room to be critical of its content which tells a completely different story than the original.
Result
The result of this animation begins by telling the same story as the original poster, but switches to a retrospective view of its content. Initially direct (mail) advertising was seen as a revolutionary strategy, but nowadays everyone knows the inconvenience of dealing with mountains of direct mail advertisements, and the toll it has taken on the environment.
